This 8-foot umbrella has a square shade with staggered rib design that gives a unique appearance to the shade shape. The shade resembles the wings of a bird more than a square due to the placement of the ribs. The aluminum pole is finished in Textured Black and has a 3-position tilt to provide shade at any time of day. This 1.5-inch diameter pole is corrosion-resistant for a long life and is color coordinated to match the Southern Sunset shade. The premium crank mechanism provides smooth and easy operation and solid construction will provide years of outdoor use.

Constructed of high-density polyethylene this umbrella shade is the latest technology in fabrics. The specialized lockstitch knit creates raised channels that catch and pull air underneath while providing the ultimate in strength and durability. This knitted fabric not only provides up to 90% UV blockage but it also cools the temperature underneath by up to 32%. It also resists mold and mildew and is easy to clean.
