The anolon 4-Quart Covered Chef's Pan is a high-performance pan that is as versatile as it is attractive. A titanium-composite exterior makes this pan extremely strong and lightweight and extra-thick heavy-gauge hard-anodized aluminum provides even heating and reduces scratches. The specially formulated DuPont Autograph non-stick interior is highly durable and designed to provide maximum food release and easy cleanup. The beautifully styled stainless steel satin finish HollowCore handles stay cool to the touch during stovetop cooking and are oven-safe up to 500 degrees. Additionally rounded bottom edges make whisking and stirring easy. This all-purpose pan measures 21.9L x 13.5W x 5.2H inches and makes a great addition to any kitchen.
