The twin top bunk is perfect for a child tween or teen. The futon below unfolds into a full-size bed for siblings or sleepovers. When in the upright position the futon also makes a cozy spot for homework or bedtime stories. The blue and silver powder-coat finish is a lead-free non-toxic paint that is virtually chip-free. After some minor assembly this bunk bed will definitely raise the cool factor of your child's or teen's bedroom.

To ensure your child's safety this modern kids bunk bed features a built-in ladder and guard rails and it meets all ASTM and CPSC standards. The top bunk has a weight capacity of 150 pounds. On the top bunk use a mattress that is 74-75 inches long and 37.5-38.5 inches wide and that does not exceed 8.5 inches thick including the mattress surface and foundation combined. Use a standard twin-size futon mattress on the lower bunk. Mattresses not included. Some assembly required.
