ATNs Autogated / Filmless IITs improve night operational effectiveness in dynamic lighting conditions such as those experienced for example in night operations in urban areas. The filmless micro channel plate provides a higher signal-to-noise ratio than standard Gen 3 resulting in better image quality under low-light conditions. An Autogated power supply further improves image resolution under high light conditions and a reduced halo effect that minimizes interference from bright light sources.
Units with 4th gen autogated/filmless IITs have a typical resolution of 64-72lp/mm and a minimum signal to noise ratio of 24.
ATNs 6015 is a rugged lightweight and versatile night vision monocular designed for the most demanding of nighttime applications.
The 6015 can be handheld head/helmet-mounted for hands free usage or adapted to cameras/camcorders.
Based on the PVS-14 used by the U.
