This body wrap can be microwaved for use in minutes as a heat pack or placed in the freezer overnight for use as a cold pack.

Bed Buddy products are unique in that they produce deep penetrating moist heat when heated in a microwave (heating pads gel packs and air-activated wraps provide dry heat). Moist heat provides an infusion of moisture to the top layer of skin to prevent moisture loss and improve hydration of the skin and cells. Physicians recommend moist heat for fast and effective treatment of aches and pains.

This body wrap is designed for treatment of neck shoulder arm leg knee and back pains associated with overexertion strains sprains and arthritis. It also helps to relieve stomach cramps tired and aching hands and feet and provides relief for nursing mothers. The Velcro brand closure helps to secure it comfortably in various positions on the body. Contains 100% organic materials that are safe for people pets and the environment.

Instructions for heat therapy: Place in microwave for 1-1/2 minutes. If additional warmth is desired continue microwaving in 20 second intervals not to exceed 2-1/2 minutes total heating time per use. Instructions for cold therapy: Place in plastic bag and leave in freezer overnight.
