Designed by Stanley Jay Friedman the dramatic Z-Box seat was born out of a desire to create a chair in a box format that was aesthetically inspiring but also comfortable. The sturdy steel frame is covered with firm foam cushions and snugly upholstered in soft faux leather in your choice of contemporary black or white. The seat is supported at an angle by a strong stainless steel sled-style leg to create the impression of floating. An open crack where the seat meets the back lets light shine right through the chair so it can integrate seamlessly with the surrounding decor.
