As a tribute to the gentlemen of the era The Billiard Floor Clock by Ridgeway was inspired by the area known as the Bachelor's Wing in Biltmore House. Meticulously constructed from select hardwoods and veneers featuring English walnut burl in a dark caramel finish this piece captures the magnificent aura of the Billiard Room. The mid case can be softly illuminated using Ridgeway's exclusive touch light three position lighting system to highlight the aged brass pendulum and matching weight shells.
There are numerous features that set this piece apart including crystal-cut beveled glass a large 300mm round antique white and aged brass dial and a stepped base with adjustable levelers. The sculpted rosette design which was found on the archway to the Billiard Room is captured by English walnut burl in the lower case. Like all Ridgeway clocks this well-crafted floor clock boasts superior craftsmanship from the materials to the multi-step finishing process.
This impressive timepiece offers a choice of three melodies: Westminster St. Michael's and Whittington. An automatic night silence feature is standard as well. A free engraved brass plate and a two-year warranty are included.
