The Omaha Steaks Boneless Pork Chops are available in two different sizes for your convenience. Choose between six 5-ounce (1.125 inches thick) and four 4-ounce chops (1 inch thick). These extra-thick and meaty center-cut chops are a traditional favorite. Whether you choose to grill pan-fry bake or broil these moist and tender chops they will turn out perfectly delicious.

To prepare first thaw chops in your refrigerator. Grill by patting dry seasoning as desired and cooking over medium heat for approximately 4 to 7 minutes per side. To broil follow the same process but cook in broiler pan 3 to 4 inches from the heat source. They can also be cooked on a contact grill.
