Because steel is an excellent heat conductor your crepes are sure to come out perfectly every time. This round pan with a 7.875-inch diameter features a long and flat iron handle complete with cut-out hole for convenient hanging when not in use. It has solidly fixed to the pan with spot welds and arcs in the French style for a comfortable grip. Lighter than cast iron black steel should be seasoned before use to prevent rusting and ensure long life.
