The slow grinding of the burrs imparts minimal heat preserving the whole beans' flavor and aroma more than traditional blade grinding. Burr grinding also allows a finer more uniform grind than blade grinders. The 80-gram-capacity bean container has a detachable see-through cover which lets you check the flow of the grounds.Separate Brewing Mechanism: With the CoffeeTEAM Therm grinding and brewing processes are separated keeping moisture away from the grinder. Coffee is brewed directly into the carafe through the closed lid. To serve simply turn the lid's dot to the pouring spout.
