Celestron's super-popular C90 Maksutov-Cassegrain spotting scope provides great performance in low-light conditions and in a variety of circumstances making it an excellent choice for both terrestrial and astronomical use.
This C90 Mak has excellent optics that give razor-sharp images over a wide field. The scope also incorporates an internal flip-mirror system that allows a user to view celestial objects at a 90-degree angle or to get correctly oriented views of land objects at a 45-degree angle.
Clad in durable black rubber armor for protection the waterproof C90 has a flip-up lens cap for safety and comes in its own soft-sided carrying case.

Connecting a cameraTo connect the C90 Spotting Scope to a 35mm SLR camera you will need 2 simple parts. First is the universal T-adapter. This accessory will connect to your C90 spotting scope. Second is a T-ring made specifically for the camera you need to attach. The T-ring will attach to your camera allowing you to make connection to the universal T adapter and in turn to the scope. This combination is a very simple way to attach your 35mm SLR camera to your C90 spotting scope for long-range photography.
Get greater magnificationIf you want even more magnification than the included 32mm (38X) eyepiece try the X-Cel Series 1.25-inch 25mm eyepiece. This eyepiece will give you 48X magnification.
And if you want to get the very most from the C90 spotting scope choose a X-Cel Series 1.25-inch 10mm eyepiece. It will give you 120X magnification.
For vibration-free viewing choose the Zhumell Professional Tripod.
