Ideal for making omelets and other sauteed and fried foods the Chantal Omelet Pan 10-Inch Non-Stick is a beautiful and durable addition to your kitchen. Built of durable German enamel wrapped around a solid carbon steel core it is made to last. The enamel surface is naturally non-porous non-stick and non-reactive. The rim is stainless steel to protect the enamel from utensil strikes while the cooking surface features concentric circle ridges to elevate your food and make it easier to remove from the pan. It can be used on any type of range and in the oven and the tempered-glass cover is oven-safe up to 375 degrees. This pan is available in three lovely colors - red white and blue - to fit your needs. Please note that hand-washing is recommended to prolong the life of the non-stick surface.
