Aluminized steel allows heat to be evenly dispersed throughout and ensures gradual browning. This pan is so durable that the manufacturers have given it a 25-year warranty. Square corners on the interior of the pan give the loaves a professional look. The shiny surface of the pan keeps light baked goods from over-browning while the interior metal will darken over time creating an enhanced baking surface.
