Its unique extra-deep extra-wide 18/10 mirror-polished nonstick stainless steel construction and impact-bonded base protect up to three liquid quarts of ingredients from direct heat while maintaining fast even heat distribution. Two loop-style stainless steel handles are permanently riveted to the sides of the insert for maximum durability and easy handling. For added convenience the Circulon 3 Quart Double Boiler Insert can be used with any Circulon 3- or 4-quart saucepot or pan.
Backed by a lifetime limited manufacturer's warranty against defects the fully-immersible Circulon 3 Quart Double Boiler Insert should be hand-washed in warm water with mild dish soap. It should not be used in the oven.
