This set is sure to make a statement wherever it is placed. This handpainted set is a perfect depiction of the battlefield of the soldiers from the North and South. The pieces feature Abraham Licoln (king) and Mary Tod Lincoln (queen) for the Union and Jefferson Davis (king) and Verina Howell Davis (queen) for the Conferderates. The handpainted resin pieces include black felted bottoms and the king stands at a 3.5 inches. The board is black and white checkered board. There is a boarder on the board that is an American Flag design. This set makes a great gift and is sure to make a great impression on any Patriotic American.
