An ornate base and beveled rails set the stage for the split and curved pediment crown. A hand-carved flourish highlights the base along with the bracketed feet. The clock itself has a celestial theme with changing moon phases that move each day. Scrolled hands and Arabic numerals show the time while traditional Westminster chimes and tolls create audible reminders hourly. Complete with automatic nighttime shut-off.
