Features include: Classic French Door to fit either the right or left side; two rooms with 9 and 7/16-inch floor-to-ceiling height; 1/8-inch thick durable gingerbread trim; sturdy construction of 3/8-inch thick exterior walls; and grooved sidewalls for easy one-step assembly guaranteed fit and durability. Shutters not included (but are available to purchase separately). Each unit sold separately. Recommended Supplies: Hammer Fine Toothed Saw Glues Utility Knife Masking Tape Sandpaper: 100 and 320 grit Paints Paint Brushes Ruler 3/4 or 1 inch Brads. *Paint glue curtains and any landscaping or furnishings are not included.
