It is manually adjustable on a seamless highly luminous hand-blown crystal sphere. Crafted from heavy-duty Plexiglas this illuminated globe with inner electric cable measures 14 inches in diameter. It's the product of a successful collaboration between designers cartographers and glass-blowers utilizing a hand-papered technique mastered only by Columbus. The black lacquered beech base features a steel ring that beautifully complements the fiberglass meridian with steel finish. Total height measures 17 inches. When switched off the globe displays a political map; turn it on and you will see a physical map. This remarkable globe will make a welcome addition to any desk or tabletop.
