Shut the door set the temperature and leave it alone until it's time to come out. This smokette is black steel with a stainless steel interior and top. Features standard thermostatically controlled heat black cabinet stainless steel interior and 25-30lb capacity. This smokette features a handle on the back and two 3 inch plastic casters to make moving it easier. The 850F insulation surrounding the sides and top keeps it safe and cool on the outside. Grills and racks go straight into the dishwasher. Drippings exit the smoker at the bottom into a pan which can be washed and reused or discarded.
