Engineered for durability and convenience the Cuisinart Multiclad Pro Stainless 1.5-Quart Saucepan with Cover is a must-have for chefs of all levels. Constructed with three layers - a brushed stainless exterior aluminum core and satin finish stainless interior - this pan offers superior heat distribution with no hot spots. The aluminum core covers the bottom of the cookware as well as up the sides locking in heat and giving you shorter cook times and better results. It also responds quickly to temperature changes giving you the control you need when cooking.
This saucepan features a riveted CoolGrip stainless steel handle and a tight-fitting stainless lid that locks in flavor and nutrients. Ideal for vegetables sauces and more it is oven-safe to 550 degrees and works on the stovetop in the oven or in the broiler. It's even freezer-safe for convenient storage. Tapered rims on the edge of the pan prevent drips when lifting and pouring. This pan is dishwasher-safe and comes complete with a limited lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
