The aluminum core covers the bottom of the cookware as well as up the sides locking in heat and giving you shorter cook times and better results with no hot spots. The aluminum also responds quickly to temperature changes giving you the control you need when cooking.
This casserole pan features a riveted stainless steel StayCool handle and comes complete with a tight-fitting stainless cover. It is oven-safe to 550 degrees and works on the stovetop in the oven or in the broiler. It's even freezer-safe for convenient storage.
