It is normal to have some cracks in the log pieces. Known as checks these cracks occur when the logs dry and the cells shrink. Checking is not only absolutely safe it helps enhance its rustic beauty as well. Four sturdy spacious drawers make storing your everyday items easy and convenient. All drawers have solid pine fronts and are designed with sliding dovetail and dado construction. They are attached to the unit with side-mount epoxy-coated roller slides to ensure they open and close smoothly even after years of use.
