The Curtis ILGD-10 Commercial Automatic Coffee Grinder uses digital technology to ensure the perfect brew every time. This specially designed grinder interlocks with brewers from the Curtis Gemini and ThermoPro series making fresh grind/fresh brew programs a breeze. It comes standard with a host of features.

Advanced Digital System: A Curtis exclusive this system gives operators unparalleled control consistency quality and ease of use. The intuitive interface includes LED display with grind select buttons indicator lights and on/off switch. ADS offers electronic solid-state technology with centralized controls and a touch-key panel for easy programming and precise performance. In addition to being easier to clean touchkey has a working life up to 10 times longer than mechanical switches. Dial in the perfect grind length and eliminate guesswork with the fully programmable grind cycle.

Digital Interlock System: This system connects compatible digital grinders and coffee brewers for simple error-proof grinding and brewing. With the push of a button the grinder automatically transmits the grind volume to the brewer locking in the correct cycle.

One-Touch Grind-to-Brew: When paired with a Gemini or ThermoPro brewer the digital controls automatically select the proper brewing cycle to correspond with the selected grind quality. This results in error-proof brewing every time.

Customizable Grind Cycle: The factory-set grind cycle can easily be changed. Simply turn the grinder off and place a brew cone and filter in the machine. Press and hold the grind cycle button while simultaneously pressing and releasing the on/off button. Then press the grind cycle button again. The display will now indicate the current setting including the elapsed time from zero before beginning to grind. Once the desired level is reached release the button. When the motor stops running press any other button on the same side to set the time and exit programming mode.
