These boards feature a groove around the edges meant to catch the juices from meat or produce and keep it from running onto your counter. The boards wipe clean easily with a mild detergent. The rich natural caramel color is created by heating the sugar compounds in the bamboo and involves no dyes or artificial processes. Available in your choice of sizes.
