Decorative Concrete Base

The decorative concrete base is designed and developed for the Pipe-Line Denmark garden torches. The included rubber O-rings insures that the torch always stands straight and stable in the bases. The ring makes disassembling of the torch and base very easy even after the materials have changed in size due to weather conditions.
