These pots and pans are named the Deluxe Professional Collection and are used by the real pros. They are also available for the chef in your kitchen. They will look great hanging from your new pot rack. They are made with 18/10 stainless steel and have a 3ply base made up of stainless aluminum stainless and measure 1mm in thickness. The outside layer of stainless gives them a shiny exterior and the inside layer provides a cooking surface that is easy to clean and helps resist stickiness. The middle layer of aluminum retains heat and keeps it distributed along the bottom of the pan for even cooking. The covers are 18/10 stainless steel as well.
