This fryer has an 8-quart cooking capacity and a 3-quart oil capacity. The die-cast aluminum non-stick inner pot provides even heat distribution. The wire basket can be raised and lowered with the lid in place which prevents splattering and drains the food without heat loss. The brushed stainless steel housing is not only attractive and modern but also easy to clean.
