The Ergocraft Phantom Executive High Back Chair has a generously scaled seat and back ideal for big and tall. This high-backed executive chair has four paddles for multi-function control over the arm height seat height sliding seat movement and even back height. The seat back adjusts from 41-49.5 inches tall. It features an up-and-down pivot in-and-out adjustable arms and comes in a wide selection of stylish material options including black leather trim. Choose from a variety of arm styles. The base of this executive office chair comes in black resin but other options are available. It has sturdy casters though smooth-rolling wheel casters are optional. This executive chair holds up to 250 lbs. which is ideal for a 40-hour workweek; it may be converted to accommodate 350 lbs. which is a better option for chairs used more often than the course of a standard workweek. The executive chair has a molded foam seat and back with an optional built-in lumbar support for total ergonomic comfort.
