This executive chair has a smaller back and features a four-paddle control that allows adjustment of the backrest height seat height seat and back angle with free float or lockable position tilt tension adjustment and forward tilt control up to 7-inches. The chair is customizable as it comes in a selection of durable material options and has a variety of arm styles. The base is black resin though other base options are available. Basic casters come standard but soft wheel casters are an option. This chair can be converted to accommodate 350 lbs. which is an excellent option when it will be used more than 40 hours per standard workweek. It features a fully adjustable seat and back an optional lumbar support system and a front-activated seat slider for ergonomic comfort throughout the day.
