Eschenbach has developed a second combined optical and electronic illuminated magnifier -- the Videolupe Plus!

Complementing the original Videolupe (1657-204) this new version offers a second magnification AND reverse polarity. Reverse polarity (white text on a black background) allows users to select the view they are most comfortable with.

There are two electronic magnifications to choose from -- 12.5x or 16.5x (on a 28 TV) -- plus a 3x (7.6D) optical magnification. The Videolupe Plus easily connects to any television with no focusing required. LED illumination provides an unlimited bulb life and excellent uniform illumination with no hot spots!

Users can take up a relaxed reading position owing to a lens head that can be angled according to the comfort of the user. There is always effortless orientation because the image is viewable through the magnifier and on the TV screen.

The Videolupe Plus has an optional orientation pointer which allows patients to quickly find the text to be magnified on a television screen.
