This pressure cooker is constructed of high-quality polished 18/10 stainless steel with an impact-bonded diffuser base for even and efficient heat distribution. This pressure cooker works on all heat sources and provides a high-pressure setting (15 PSI 250 degrees) a low-pressure setting (5 PSI 225 degrees) and a gourmet steam-only setting.

A fully integrated stainless steel pressure-control valve has a color indicator that monitors pre-selected cooking pressure. Easy and uncomplicated operation provides maximum convenience and safety. Other safety features include a locking handle and a pressure-release position which allows for slow pressure release or steam-only cooking. A visual indicator pops up or retracts to indicate the pressure level in the cooker. The Duo Pressure Cooker is easy to clean and dishwasher-safe. Made in Spain. UL-approved. Includes a 10-year warranty. Choose from four- six- eight- or 10-quart capacity. Four- and six-quart sizes are each nine inches in diameter and weigh 7.5 lbs and 8.25 lbs respectively. Eight- and 10-quart sizes are 10 inches in diameter and weigh 10.25 lbs and 11 lbs respectively.
