You get plenty of coverage in an attractive double tier design. This umbrella is both stylish and functional and is a smart addition to windy areas. It buffers wind in two ways. This 9 Foot Double Tier Aluminum Umbrella features innovative fiberglass ribs for flexibility and durability. There are 8 ribs with a diameter of 3/8 in. each. They flex when subjected to high wind gusts and it is quite difficult to break them. Its two-tier design also lessens the force of wind on the entire structure so the canopy stays stable in light to moderate winds. You can cover a table seating up to six with umbrella that adds to your dcor. It features a white aluminum pole that is finished for weather and scratch resistance. The canopy is made of Sunbrella fabric for lasting good looks. A pulley lift system opens the canopy and a pin secures it when open. Molded nylon joints and end tips add to the strength of this structure too.
