The spacious play fort features a 4 x 6-foot deck 5 feet off the ground with a vinyl roof and rip-stop mesh and a spacious sandbox beneath it. 10-foot slide is standard. Its a longer lasting safer material that requires no staining or sealing maintenance EVER! Sugar Island does not use wood with arsenic in it for any of our residential play systems. Surfaces are sanded smooth stained with child-safe latex stain and finally sealed.
