Polka dots add a whimsical touch to the traditional lines of the Frosted Dots Glass Table Lamp. The metal base has a stacked architectural shape with a traditional clear glass shaft. The polka dots are carefully etched in a frosted method for subtle design and texture. The modified empire shade has a crisp white fabric exterior. This lamp requires one three-way 150-watt medium base bulb (not included).
