This sculpted pillow has a head cradle made of slickened polyester fiber that comfortably supports your head. The cervical roll aligns your neck reducing muscle tension so your sleep is fully recuperative. Inside the roll you'll find a removable gel core which can be chilled in the freezer or heated in the microwave to deliver hot or cold therapy to your neck.
