Easily adjust the 130-watt motor speed to one of two precise uniform mixing speeds or use the pulse function to fine-tune the consistency of delicate ingredients. For fresh meringues and whipped cream use the wire beater attachments. The flat beaters are designed to accommodate standard jobs like cookie dough mashed potatoes and cake batter while the spiral beater attachments are ideal for tougher tasks like mixing bread and pizza dough.
Made in Italy and backed by a three-year limited manufacturer's warranty the white plastic body of the Girmi Hand Mixer wipes clean with a soft damp cloth. All six beaters are dishwasher-safe.
