UV stabilizers protect the vinyl from harmful ultraviolet rays so it will not fade over time. As an additional bonus this arbor will never need painting. This product comes completely fabricated with it being cut to size and with all holes pre-drilled. All you do is put the pieces together with simple to understand instructions and drawings and secure with the screws and bolts that are provided. Anchor stakes for added stability are also included.
