When we designed the Grandma's Attic Armoire we wanted to capture a bit of nostalgia by incorporating American Victorian styling. We wanted something beautiful yet still functional in the modern home. This is the breathtaking result. Drawer and door fronts moldings and pilasters are all crafted of solid oak. Our intensive finishing process includes two protective topcoats burnishing and hand-padding. We then add subtle highlights and use dry brushing and antiquing techniques to achieve this distinctive look.
