The Guardian Protection Plan with Care System is a program that provides warranted protection for your new area rug investment. The benefits of this protection plan include a cleaning care kit for spot cleaning and an exclusive Three-Year Full Replacement Warranty. This warranty provides coverage for invoices up to $5000 against stains caused by any food or beverage normally consumed by humans and human or pet bodily fluid. If the stain doesn't come out when you use Guardian's provided cleaning products Guardian will replace your area rug. Please note that hand-knotted rugs are not covered. (See product guarantee for more warranty details.)The specially formulated cleaning kit includes an oil and grease spotter and a fabric shampoo. The oil and grease spotter can handle tough stains particularly oily stains that other cleaners sometimes struggle to get out. Use this spotter immediately for removing cooking oil food grease and other oily spots from natural and synthetic upholstery fabrics. As with other products always pre-test in an inconspicuous area for dye stability colorfastness and upholstery colorfastness. Do not use on plastic fabrics. Sponge or scrape any surface spot material. Apply Guardian Oil and Grease Spotter to a clean white absorbent cloth and blot to remove spot. Do not rub. Deep spots may need light brushing. Work from the outside to the center of larger spots. Repeat steps as necessary.

The fabric shampoo removes most common household stains including food beverage and pet stains. It's easy to use and ready to clean up that unfortunate accident on your beautiful area rug. When using this shampoo to clean a spill or stain all you have to do is follow a few easy steps. First promptly blot or clean up reside from soiled area. Spray in an even sweeping motion to the soiled area. Using a clean absorbent material blot up stain. Dry with hair dryer. Make sure to always follow label instructions to ensure a successful cleaning procedure.
