The immersed heating element heats up to 12 cups of oil quickly and evenly and the extra-large fryer basket includes a lid with viewing window. A flat-panel digital display allows you to adjust cook settings and fast easy disassembly makes cleanup a snap.

Use the digital display and easy-touch buttons to set cook time and temperature with precision. When the oil has reached the set cooking temperature (10 to 15 minutes) the Ready to Cook Light will illuminate. The timer can be adjusted from one to 99 minutes with the remaining cook time displayed on the easy-to-read LCD readout. Easily monitor cooking process through the viewing window on the basket lid. A convenient audio tone alerts you when your set time has elapsed. Switch the power to OFF and unplug after cooking is complete.

A removable vent cover lid and grease screen help minimize mess and splatter. Breakaway magnetic cord assembly prevents the fryer from being accidentally pulled off of a countertop.
