This lovely poster bed has a louvered head and footboard with coastal Cape Cod style. The headboard's arch and the round ball finials soften the crisp slatted look for timeless appeal. Finished in kid-safe lead-free lightly distressed low-sheen cherry tones the bed is constructed from select rustic cherry solids and veneers. The optional under-bed Captain's storage unit feature four drawers and an open area with one adjustable shelf.

The bed includes wood rails and wood slat roll mattress supports that eliminate the need for box springs or bunkie boards. The Hi-Lo adjustable locking system allows the bed to work safely with or without a box spring. The Hi-lock position raises the bed to accommodate under bed storage or sleep options.
