This four-room plywood house is complete with a staircase 12 pieces of furniture and birch veneer shingles. The Haunted House arrives with fully illustrated instructions pre-cut wood with slot assembly and glues together easily with no nails or screws required! The only limit to the design of this spooky house is your own creativity! Please note: This dollhouse comes unassembled; approximate assembly time is 8 hours. It also comes unfinished and ready to paint. Paint not included. Recommended Supplies: wood glue sandpaper latex paint latex primer stain and a hot glue gun.
