The 20-Inch WHL Catalog Case is made of coated vinyl a steel core handle a cold-rolled strip steel frame and a protective bumper edge. This case is designed with an exterior-mounted telescoping handle which saves interior space and a leather hinge which ensures the lids remain operational. For security the closures are combination-style.
