The Large Tuna Cutting Board is made from all-natural thin-grain bamboo. This cutting board which doubles as a serving tray has a clever tuna fish shape with a hole in the tail to hang it on the wall. The bamboo surface has been handcrafted from thin strips of bamboo lacquered together to create a smooth surface resistant to nicks scratches and moisture. Bamboo is a self-renewing environmentally sound material that is harder than maple and ideal for sanitary kitchen work. This board wipes clean easily with a soft cloth.
