The Little Cottage 8x8 Wood Stratford Schoolhouse Playhouse is a charming addition to any child's playtime. Let them get creative with this extraordinary small-scale miniature schoolhouse durably constructed from weatherproof materials. This house arrives in a ready-to-assemble kit and includes six working windows a cupola hardware trim and lots more. The assembled house measures approximately 8W x 8D x 10H feet (height measured to the tip of the cupola). The old-fashioned schoolhouse look adds a touch of nostalgia to your yard as well.

This playhouse is available in your choice of configurations. Please note that if you purchase the Playhouse without a floor kit then you must supply your own materials for the interior floor. Because LP Smart Side is so strong and safe the playhouse pieces are covered by a 50-year limited warranty from LP.
