The Little Giant floor lock is designed for specific platform carts to prevent unwanted movement when loading or unloading. Mounted in front of the cart for easy access. Simply step down on the spring loaded foot pedal as needed then step on the release clip when you are ready to move. Rubber bottom pad is reliable for almost any hard surface. This device is factory installed so no assembly is required. Not intended to stop moving equipment or use on ramps or inclines.
