A pneumatic seat height adjuster is mounted on a metal base - most office chairs are predominantly plastic. Even the padded arms can be adjusted to your specifications. The seat and back are linked together by a unique 2-to-1 synchro tilt that moves the back at twice the angle of the seat. The tilt tension can be adjusted or locked for individual user weights and strengths.
