Handmade from quality cedar logs the bed has a rugged distinctive look. It is normal to have some cracks in the log pieces. Known as checks these cracks occur when the logs dry and the cells shrink. Checking is not only absolutely safe it helps enhance the beds rustic beauty as well.

Besides a slatted headboard and footboard the bed also has a canopy with a slatted design. Available unfinished (Natural) or in a choice of attractive finishes the large bed comes with headboard footboard canopy and a bolt-on metal frame with center support. Some assembly is required and easy-to-follow instructions are included.
