The McDermott Competitor Series Genesis Pool Cue is a gorgeous piece designed for serious amateurs. This high-quality cue is constructed of hand-selected North American Hard Rock maple on the forearm shaft and sleeve. The forearm is coated in McDermott's imported European organic-pigment stain which provides wonderful uniform saturation of the wood and consistent color. The entire wooden surface is given a five-coat treatment of high-luster urethane for great looks and a greatly increased level of scratch resistance.

This cue features the exclusive McDermott Impact Control Ring made from a polymer matrix composite developed by NASA. The design is complemented by a genuine 100% Irish linen grip wrap that is color-matched to your choice of stain.
