The Meade Model 9600 biological microscope provides a virtually endless observational opportunity for the serious amateur microscopist. Similar in design and features to the Model 9460 the Model 9600 includes an important addition: a fully adjustable binocular viewing head that greatly relieves eyestrain over extended observing sessions. Examine specimens with three professional-size turret-mounted objective lenses of 10X 40X and 100X magnifications; each objective lens is seated in a chromed machined-brass housing. In conjunction with eyepieces of 10X and 12.5X the Model 9600 yields effective observing magnifications of 100X 125X 400X 500X 1000X and 1250X.
